Grand Hôtel Stockholm Recognized with Two New Les Clefs d’Or Keys – Becomes the Hotel with the Most Keys in the Nordics

Stockholm, March 20, 2025 – Grand Hôtel Stockholm is proud to announce that two additional concierges have been inducted into the renowned organization Les Clefs d’Or, a global network of professional concierges. This increases the number of members at the hotel from two to four, making Grand Hôtel the hotel with the most members in the Nordics. As a symbol of this prestigious recognition, keys are awarded to be worn on the uniform, a well-known marker of exceptional service and expertise.

Les Clefs d’Or is an exclusive membership and global network for professionals in the concierge industry. Since its founding in Paris in the 1920s, it has grown from a friendship-based association into a highly respected international organization. Members wear a golden key on their uniform, a symbol of quality that guarantees guests a service experience beyond the ordinary. To become a member, candidates must have at least two years of experience as a concierge, receive recommendations from two international members, and undergo a selection process that includes an application, an interview, and written assignments on the hospitality industry in their home city. This ensures that each candidate is a suitable ambassador for both the profession and their destination.
